Partnering with AFG — common questions
What kinds of independent service providers does AFG partner with?
Qualified commercial cleaning and facilities providers: janitorial crews, floor and carpet specialists, window cleaners, pressure washing operators, landscaping and snow contractors, and maintenance trades. Coverage needs vary by market.
Which markets are you adding partners in?
All of them. Our deepest needs today are in and around our core markets — the New York metro, New Jersey, Philadelphia, the Hudson Valley and Connecticut, Ohio, and Texas — but as a nationally expanding group we review qualified partners everywhere.
What insurance do I need to qualify?
At minimum, active general liability and workers' compensation coverage appropriate to your trade, with certificates issued naming AFG and the client as required. Specific limits depend on the contract.
Is this the same as selling my company to AFG?
