Disinfection Programs Built on Science, Not Theater
Effective disinfection is a protocol: the right EPA-registered chemistry, applied to the right surfaces, with the right dwell time — verified and documented. Our teams build disinfection into routine janitorial scopes and stand ready for rapid outbreak response when incidents happen.
Programs follow CDC-aligned protocols and use EPA List N-registered disinfectants, with documentation packages suitable for HR, tenants, and regulators.

Disinfection — common questions
What's the difference between cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting?
Cleaning removes visible soil; sanitizing reduces bacteria to safe levels; disinfecting kills nearly all pathogens on a surface using registered chemistry with a required dwell time. Effective programs do all three in the right order — you cannot disinfect a dirty surface.
Do you use EPA-registered disinfectants?
Yes. All disinfection work uses EPA-registered products applied per label instructions, including correct dilution and dwell times, with safety data sheets available for every product on site.
How fast can you respond to a confirmed illness case in our building?
Outbreak response is typically mobilized within 24 hours, and often same-day in our core markets. Response includes containment-area disinfection and written completion documentation.
