Post-Construction Cleaning That Gets You to Turnover, Faster
The last trade on every project is the cleaning crew — and it's the one standing between you and turnover. Our post-construction teams work to construction schedules, not office-cleaning schedules: phased rough cleans during the build, detail-intensive final cleans, and fast touch-ups right before walkthrough.
Crews are experienced with GC site requirements — badging, safety orientation, insurance documentation, and coordination with other trades still on site.

Post-Construction — common questions
What are the phases of post-construction cleaning?
Standard projects run three phases: rough clean (debris and dust removal during construction), final clean (full detail of all surfaces), and touch-up clean (a final pass just before turnover). Each phase is scheduled around trade completion.
Can you meet general-contractor insurance and safety requirements?
Yes. Crews complete site safety orientation, carry required insurance with certificates issued to the GC, and follow site-specific PPE and badging requirements.
How quickly can a post-construction crew mobilize?
In our core markets, crews typically mobilize within days — and faster for touch-up cleans when a turnover date moves up. Construction schedules slip; your cleaning contractor should flex with them.
