Floor & Carpet Care Programs That Protect Your Biggest Interior Asset
Flooring is one of the most expensive finishes in a commercial building — and the fastest to show neglect. Proper floor care is a scheduled maintenance program, not an emergency response: periodic restorative work layered over routine care, matched to each surface type.
Our crews maintain VCT, polished concrete, stone, LVT, wood, and carpeted floors across hundreds of facilities, using surface-appropriate chemistry and equipment. Programs are calendared in advance so floors never reach the point of visible wear.

Floor & Carpet — common questions
How often should commercial floors be stripped and waxed?
Most commercial VCT floors need a full strip and refinish once or twice per year, with scrub-and-recoat or burnishing every one to three months depending on traffic. High-traffic entries and corridors need more frequent attention than private offices.
How often should commercial carpet be professionally cleaned?
High-traffic commercial carpet should receive interim (encapsulation) cleaning quarterly and hot-water extraction one to two times per year. Regular programs prevent permanent traffic-lane soiling that no single cleaning can remove.
Can floor work be done without disrupting business hours?
Yes. Restorative floor work is typically scheduled overnight, on weekends, or in phased sections so your facility stays open and safe.
