Pressure Washing That Restores Curb Appeal — Safely
Exteriors take the abuse: gum, grease, algae, exhaust film, and weather staining that build up until a property looks tired. Scheduled pressure washing reverses it — and prevents the surface degradation and slip hazards that come with neglect.
Our crews match method to material — hot-water pressure washing for concrete and pads, controlled soft washing for facades and awnings — with wastewater handling that respects local discharge regulations.

Pressure Washing — common questions
How often should commercial sidewalks be pressure washed?
High-traffic retail and office frontage typically needs pressure washing monthly or quarterly; lower-traffic properties once or twice a year. Gum, spills, and staining are easier and cheaper to remove on a schedule than after they set.
Will pressure washing damage my building's facade?
Not when method matches material. Delicate surfaces — EIFS, older masonry, painted surfaces, awnings — are soft-washed at low pressure with appropriate detergents rather than blasted.
